White marble has for long been synonymous with elegance and timeless appeal. In one of our recent projects, white marble takes the centre stage in the form of a bath, a matching basin, and shower walls.

All these elements coming together create a space of quiet sophistication and balance. The marble veining, smooth contours, and minimalist lines express the philosophy at COCOON. Where luxury is defined by simplicity, and every detail speaks timeless design.

Where Designer-Led Elements Meet Purpose

COCOON represents premium bathroom elements shaped by minimalist design and timeless elegance. Collaborating with world-renowned designers, the collection includes high-end baths, basins, and tapware.

This White Marble centred project features pieces from the MAISON Collection and the John Pawson by COCOON collection. The tapware, designed by Tim Derhaag, expresses refined simplicity and precision, and the freestanding marble bath, designed by John Pawson, brings his signature quiet clarity to the space.

White Marble Center Pieces

Set next to the wall, the freestanding marble bath is the quiet centerpiece of the bathroom. The palette of whites and warm neutrals flows seamlessly through the room. The straight lines of the basin contrast the bath's rounded form, it naturally merges into the room. Nothing interrupts the serenity as soft daylight enhances every curve and angle. Only quiet textures, balanced proportions, and a sense of stillness.

Marble Meets Greenery

From the side entrance to the bathroom, the lush green catches the eye, which balances the white tones. The bath sits within this frame of greenery and light. The light comes from above, illuminating the different textures and grounding the space. The marble surfaces speak warmth, making this sanctuary both architectural and alive.

Soft Transitions

The Bath Extends The Bedroom

Facing the other entrance, the bath is clearly an extension of the bedroom. Its smooth marble curves complement the gentleness of the room beyond. Light comes in through the blinds, brightening the space. There is no clear boundary between bathroom and bedroom. The result is a serene dialogue between rest and renewal.

Viewed from above, the bath reveals its minimalistic form. The lines and solid white marble soften the room’s geometry, while the surface shows subtle traces of the stone’s natural veining. The stainless steel handshower is placed into the wall, and the floor-mounted bath spout is minimalist in form. In this composition, the bath becomes an artwork of stillness, creating a space of timeless elegance.

The marble basin with its straight lines still feels soft-edged and perfect in place. Its surface blends effortlessly into the space, set into the frame of the wall. A lamp above adds a touch of asymmetry, balancing the composition. Through its timeless design, the bathroom feels calm, composed, and in balance.
