Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

When you enter into an agreement with us or purchase products, our Terms and Conditions, available on our website, apply. However, in line with applicable consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to withdraw from a single order within 14 days without providing a reason.

During this 14-day period, you may inspect and evaluate the product to a reasonable extent, as you would in a physical store. You may open the product’s packaging unless it is sealed. If the product is used beyond what is necessary for evaluation, additional costs may apply.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the delivery service), receives the product. If you ordered multiple products with varying delivery dates, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after receiving the last product. For recurring delivery agreements, the period expires 14 days from the receipt of the first product in that delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our Customer Support at +31 (0) 20 808 7557 or info@bycocoon.com. Pre-approval from Customer Support is required for any returns. Returns sent without approval cannot be processed, and the products will remain your responsibility. Once approved, you must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your decision.

We ask that you return the product in its original packaging as much as possible.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund your payment, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless you specify otherwise. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, estimated as follows:

• Up to €200 for taps

• Up to €1,000 for baths, basins, or vanities, depending on your location.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are customized or made to order. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Piet Boon baths, basins, and vanities

• John Pawson baths and basins

• Maison baths and basins

Applicability to Consumers

This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, defined as individuals acting outside a professional or commercial capacity, as per relevant Dutch and/or EU regulations.

Definitions

Terms in this policy with initial capital letters have the same definitions as those used in our Terms and Conditions.
