The bedroom and bathroom share one open space here, divided by nothing more than a sheet of glass. Concrete walls and flooring run through both rooms with a break, giving the whole suite one consistent surface and tone from end to end.
At the center of it all stands the JP BATH SOLID SURFACE in Coal, positioned so it stays visible from the bed and beyond.

Where the Bedroom Fades into the Bath
The transition between bedroom and bath feels effortless. A single pane of glass is the only divider, so the bath remains visible from the bed at all times. There is no hallway, no separate entry. Only a few paces across the same floor.
A Warm Point of Light
At the foot of the bed, a tall floor lamp with soft fabric shade offers warm glow in a room otherwise lit from above. It marks the corner where the rug meets concrete, softening the space as evening settles in.
The Shower Tray and Flooring
The shower tray, cast in matching coal, sits flush with the concrete floor. The same surface runs from bedroom to shower, uninterrupted from end to end.
Materials Used Throughout the Suite
Concrete, dark timber panelling, and Solid Surface in Coal repeat across the bedroom, bath, and shower areas. The tapware's matte dark grey finish is consistent throughout, and the same flooring continues from one end of the suite to the other.
A Quiet That Needs No Explanation
There is a stillness to a room that refuses to explain itself. Nothing here is loud. The concrete does not compete with the bath, the bath does not compete with the light and the light asks for nothing at all.
What remains is a suite that feels less designed than settled into, as though it had always existed in this quiet, coal form.
